From the first inquiry to final delivery, our process is designed to be clear, personal, and stress-free. You’ll work with a dedicated Pet Travel Concierge, receive thoughtful planning tailored to your pet’s unique needs, and stay connected throughout the entire journey.

Below is a step-by-step overview of how we ensure safe, comfortable, and loving transport for your pet.

Step One: Personalized Quote

Once we receive your pet’s detailed information, pickup and delivery locations, and preferred travel dates, a dedicated Pax Pet Transport Concierge will contact you within 24 hours with a customized quote.

Step Two: Thoughtful Planning

We carefully design the safest and most efficient travel route and timeline, and determine the appropriate travel kennel size—or an alternative transport solution tailored to your pet’s needs.

We encourage you to speak directly with your Pet Travel Specialist by phone to review the quote, ask questions, and confirm any applicable discounts.

Step Three: Booking Your Journey

Your trip is secured once we receive:

50% of the total mileage-based travel cost,
and
A non-refundable booking fee of $350 applies to ground transportation.

Air travel booking fees are quoted separately and remain subject to final itinerary confirmation.

After booking, your Pet Travel Concierge will reach out to review every detail of the upcoming journey.

Step Four: Contract & Preparation

Upon receipt of the deposit, booking fee, signed contract, travel waivers, and any required documentation, your Pet Chauffeur will personally contact you to discuss your pet’s individual needs in greater depth.

Our chauffeurs welcome your questions—and they truly love receiving photos of your pets.

When schedules allow, we arrange an in-person Meet & Greet, giving everyone the opportunity to connect and ensure complete comfort before departure.

Step Five: Pick-Up Day

You and your Pet Chauffeur will finalize pickup logistics together. At Pax Pet Transport, pets are family. We go the extra mile to ensure both you and your pet feel fully prepared, calm, and confident as the journey begins.

Step Six: The Journey

Your pet receives regular comfort breaks, attentive care, and continuous monitoring to ensure their safety and well-being throughout the trip.

With frequent updates and photos, you’ll stay connected to your pet’s journey from start to finish.

Step Seven: Delivery Day

Our team will contact you to confirm the ideal delivery time. The remaining 50% of the travel balance is due upon delivery of your pet(s).We sincerely appreciate your trust.
